Please join us at the Board office for a Lunch & Learn to better familiarize yourself with the Home Warranty process and what to expect when buying or selling a home with a warranty. This class is brought to you by Angela Mitchell with 2/10 Home Warranty & their inspector for additional information!

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION- PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER**

- Maximum of (35) seats available, first come, first-served, so register ASAP to secure your slot!

- This a FREE event for SBOR Primary, Secondary and Affiliate members ONLY-- HOWEVER-- if you register and do not attend (i.e.: no-show) you will receive a $30 fine that is due upon receipt. So be sure to notify us in advance if you cannot attend. Only no-shows with no prior notification will be fined, so this is easily avoided.

- Class will be held at the Board office-- 26 E Liberty St, Sumter, SC 29150

- Must register via GrowthZone.

- No walk-ins! If you are not registered, you will be asked to leave.
