Please join us at the Board office for a Lunch & Learn to better familiarize yourself with the loan process with Todd McDonald & Michael Moschella of Neighborhood Loans.

Lunch will be provided by Scott Edwards, owner of B. Colson's and Haile Street Grill in Camden.  Scott will be sharing about his restaurants and his pending Italian restaurant.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION- PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER**

• Maximum of (35) seats available, first come, first-served, so register ASAP to secure your slot!
• This a FREE event for SBOR Primary, Secondary and Affiliate members ONLY-- HOWEVER-- if you register and do not attend (i.e.: no-show) you will receive a $30 fine that is due upon receipt. So be sure to notify us in advance if you cannot attend. Only no-shows with no prior notification will be fined, so this is easily avoided.
• Class will be held at the Board office-- 26 E Liberty St, Sumter, SC 29150
• Must register via GrowthZone.
• No walk-ins! If you are not registered, you will be asked to leave.
