Please join us at the Board office for a Lunch & Learn to better familiarize yourself with the Closing process and what to expect and plan for as you navigate this process. This session will also feature a “mock” closing to help you better see the process as it will happen. Brought to SBOR by Stephanie Weissenstein, attorney with DGR.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION- PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER**

• Maximum of (35) seats available, first come, first-served, so register ASAP to secure your slot!
• This a FREE event for SBOR Primary, Secondary and Affiliate members ONLY-- HOWEVER-- if you register and do not attend (i.e.: no-show) you will receive a $30 fine that is due upon receipt. So be sure to notify us in advance if you cannot attend. Only no-shows with no prior notification will be fined, so this is easily avoided.

• No walk-ins! If you are not registered, you will be asked to leave.
